We offer a variety of classes to meet your fitness and financial needs. Private through Group Training are
all performed on Pilates Equipment - (reformers, towers & wunda chairs) spring based equipment,
providing effective resistance training. Off the Pilates Equipment, we offer an ever growing variety of Mat
& Movement Classes. All Pilates classes are 55 minutes in duration, unless otherwise specified.

Private - one on one instruction, providing focused attention to the client's needs and goals.
Although not required, w e do recommend 2 to 5 p rivates before progressing onto group

Semi-Private - These are shared sessions between 2 clients (pricing below reflects cost per 2 clients)

Group - These are g roup classes with up to 6 clients . Р’ If you are new to pilates equipment, you
will need to register and attend beginner equipment classes.

M at - These are larger group classes N OT using Pilates Equipment. (Pilates Mat, Ballet Burn ,
Pilates/Yoga Fusion and HIP )
